The beginning. The genesis. The start. The origin. All superheroes start somewhere. They begin with an accident, a sacrifice, a calling. Welcome to Origins, the newest student mainstage show from The Hideout Theatre. Every Saturday in April at 6pm, the improvisors of Origins will create the story of a superhero emerging from the ground up. Taking inspiration from superhero films like X-Men Origins, The Amazing Spider-Man, Batman Begins and Man of Steel, every week a new, never-before-seen, never-to-be-seen-again Origins will be improvised before the audience’s eyes.
